I am Looking for a lead role. Nine years in, and the work I care about now isn't what I make myself. It's the language a team builds inside, and what they can do six months after I've left the room. Art Director at Sterling AG, nine people through a Riot launch in twelve days. Design sessions for the whole team at Nykaa. At Fynd I stopped running sessions and started shipping the teaching instead, so what I solve becomes a prompt, a skill or a brand book that teams I no longer sit with still use. How I run a team: no empty feedback, turn every stone even when round one is right, and kill work from the audience's chair rather than mine.
